Mrs. Marily Frangista is Managing Director at Franco Compania Naviera S.A., an established ship management company in Greece. Her career in the
maritime industry spans over 40 years and includes non-executive positions
on the Board of Directors of various institutional organizations in the
industry.

She served as a member of the Board of Directors at the National Bank of
Greece from 2010 until 2014 and has been a founding member of Endeavor
Greece, since 2012, serving on the Board of Endeavor Greece from 2012 to
2019.

She currently serves as President of the Malta International Shipowners
Association (MISA), since 2022, and as a member of the Board of Directors
of the Union of Greek Shipowners (UGS).

Mrs. Frangista represents the Malta International Shipowners Association
(MISA) in the Board of Directors of the European Community Shipowners
Associations (ECSA) and in the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) and
is also a founding member of the Maritime Committee of the Chambre de
Commerce et d’ Industrie France-Grèce (CCIFG).

She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Deree College in
Athens, Greece.
