Irene S. Daifas is the CEO of Stavros Daifas Maritime Corporation and also the Authorized Municipal Councilor of Culture of the Piraeus Municipality, for the last 9 years.
In the past, following relevant elections in 2016, she has served as the Piraeus Marine Club President for 6 years, marking the first time in the 55 years history of the Club that a woman held this position.
She was at the head of Stavros Daifas Marine Enterprises SA and Silver Lake Shipping Co. SA, whereas nowadays she is CEO of her company, Stavros Daifas Maritime Corporation SA.
She has also held the position of General Secretary of the board of the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association (HELMEPA) for 17 years and she was re-elected to continue!
Moreover she participates as a board member in 40 foundations, associations and organisations performing voluntary, charitable and social work!
