Dr. Mariniki Psifia is the Head of Research at Latsco Marine Management Inc, a position she has held since 2014. She has worked as a shipping market analyst since 2008 accumulating an experience of 15 years in the industry.
Dr. Psifia has studied Shipping at the University of Piraeus and holds an MSc in Management with Finance from the University of Bath in the UK and a PhD in Shipping Investment Methods & Forecasting Freight Rates from the University of Piraeus. Throughout her career she has published papers in academic journals and articles in shipping magazines, while also participating in national and international conferences.
Dr. Psifia is also involved in academia as a lecturer since 2006, working as a Tutor, Assistant Lecturer and Educational Program Coordinator for various universities or institutions.
